@Marcman
In season 3, our dynamic and funky duo crash landed on Earth. After traversing dangerous terrain filled with humans (and some feathered foes) they reassembled the pieces of their ship and returned to their homes on Funkotron. Unknowing to our funky friends, some Earthlings had clung to the side of their ship and have decided to vacation in Funkotron! Lamont the funkopotamus, ruler of Funkotron, seeing the funk being sapped away by the Earthlings, flees to the funk dimension. Our heroes must capture the Earthlings and send them back in order to save Funkotron!...or something like that, you try making sense of the story, lmao.
Pick one of our two titular heroes for this side-scrolling platforming adventure. Your objective is to capture every Earthling using your capture jars or other means before proceeding to the next level. The game gives you an Earthling radar to find the next one, and will not let you proceed to the next level until you've found all of them. The game has many secrets that will provide you a multitude of powerups, check the manual for how to use them as they are very, very handy. Just don't spend too much time in the Hyper Funk Zone and forget what your main goal is!
Scoring: Stages completed then time the highest stage was completed.
Setup: Any version should be fine, they should be identical. You can have Lil Kids Mode on if you want, but you will not be able to progress past Stage 5. Select Toejam or Earl, but not both as that is the 2 player mode. Timer starts at character selection.
Tips: You start with 3 extra lives and get another every 10,000 points. You can hold up to 6 lives at a time and have 3 continues as well. Search everything; Trees, bushes, rocks, manhole covers. Earthlings and powerups hide everywhere. The game was designed with the 6 button controller in mind, so feel free to use the XYZ buttons as they are shortcuts to your funk powers. Otherwise, push start and select one from the menu.

@Fusha
All Toejams have been Earled.
Considering how impressive Marcman’s performances are in games he’s playing blind, it is to nobody’s surprise that he scored first place on a game he was familiar with. Well done once again to Marcman! Two first places in a low mean that his lead in the season table can now be said to be insurmountable. I snatched second place from Octobot by apparently just a few minutes, which I will consider sweet revenge for Mirror’s Edge last season; Floof got a very hard earned 4th place – his progress significantly slowed down by those pesky tourists who just couldn’t resist taking pictures of him constantly and at all times. Tater, who is also known as «the man who gets really angry at videogames» by Marcman’s daughter, had a surprisingly calm, geese-free experience, which landed him the final 5th place of the podium.
This round saw only 8 submissions, which makes it a very tempting target for a future Forgotten Round. Here’s an idea: Marcman says he needs more time next week, and Floof mentioned wanting a break too, so why not make the next week round a Forgotten Round? We could have another Forgotten Round towards the end of the season too, nobody said there has to be only one. This would give those of us who submitted every game a well-deserved rest, and also give the many people who missed many games an extra chance of filling the gaps in their submissions
